SCHOOL FORM (SF) 9 GENERATOR FOR ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HS AND SENIOR HS

Here is the School Form (SF) 9 Generator for Elementary, Junior and Senior High School.

There are 2 kinds of  SF 9 that can be generated:

1. SF 9 for Elementary and Junior High School

2. SF 9 for Senior High School

Here are the few steps in generating this file:

1. After downloading and opening of file using Microsoft Excel, you must enable the Macro setting. 

2. Then, enabling the macro setting, you must the userform to enter the following:

• Student Data

• School Information

• Upload school logo

• Upload division logo

3. You can print the SF 10 by page or print them all. Use the right and left arrows to change the data in the template. 

In generating all School Form 10 into PDF file format, create a folder first in local disk C, and rename it as "TEST", then click the GENERATE ALL to PDF button.

In locating the generated files, go to local disk c:, and find the folder "TEST".
