We all know that millions of teachers are now attending the 5-day In-Service Virtual Training 2021. Public teachers from different regions and from different divisions all over the Philippines are very grateful of this great endeavor of Department of Education through the initiative of ICTS-Educational Technology Unit Team headed by Sir Mark Anthony Sy - Head of ICTs-ETU, Sir Abram Aabani - Director IV, ICTS and of course our beloved Undersecretary of Administration (DepEd Usec.) Sir Alain Del B. Pascua.
Due to volume of users (teachers) who are registering and trying to get the certificate, our server is now down and needs to be fixed, so that everything's will be alright. Perhaps, most of us are using this link: trainings.deped.gov.ph as what we are told to visit and as stated in the Memo.
Unfortunately, it is indeed down so that is why sometimes, we often experienced error or bad gateway:
Luckily, we have another alternative link to be used so that registering or even getting certificate will be easy to do. All we need to do is to use this alternative link: http://lms.deped.gov.ph/.
Step 1. Type in the search bar "http://lms.deped.gov.ph/.
Step 2. Choose which region you are in. In this example, I choose Puerto Princesa because it is my region.
Step 4. Don't forget fill in the username "your o365 or deped commons email" it's different from your deped email. Usually, the 0365 email has region in it, eg. r4b - meaning Region 4b. Then, your password.
If you forget your password, we will make separate tutorial for that.
Step 5. Please, don't click "LOGIN" unless you are registered, but instead click "DepEd Commons Teachers" so you can proceed. It is because I believe that most of us has already an account in DepEd Commons.
Step 6. Login to DepEd Commons - Username (DepEd Commons email) and Passoword.
Step 7. Click "Site Home"
Step 8. Click "Collapse All"
Step 9. Scroll down and find your Area (Division). In this tutorial, I choose Pueto Princesa City.
Step 10. Scroll down and find your School. Be sure that you know your school number. In this example, I choose 300506 Sta. Monica High School. This is my school.
Step 11. You may type "INSET" or at the top you may click "Course".
Step 12. Click "Virtual In-Service Training..."
Step 13. Under the "PARTICIPANTS", in ENROLLMENT KEY, type your region; for example, I type "REGION IVB" What region are you?. Then, click ENROL ME.
Step 14. If it is your first time, click "Day 1 - March 15, 2021.
Step 15. Click "Effective Delivery of Synchronous..Reflective Questions." Click it.
Step 16. Click "ANWER THE QUESTIONS" so you can start answering the reflective questions.
Step 17. After answering, click "Submit your answer".
Step 18. Click this 2nd Quiz. If you are listening attentively, you can get a perfect score. It's really easy questions. Good luck!
Step 19. Click "Submit all and finish".
It's all done! 100 pecent progress on Day 1. Congratulations!
If you notice that there are checked, it means that you are done! Wow!
If you scroll down a little bit, you can see " View Certificate"! Wow! that's what we are looking for!"
Congratulations! You can get 2 certificates: Certificate of Attendance and Certificate of Participation! Pretty easy isn't?
